Introducing Panda Company, the parent brand behind PandaGuarantee, a lease guarantee service. As of today, Panda Company is behind 3 core products: PandaGuarantee, PandaDeposit and PandaRenters. These services are free to landlords and help renters qualify for rental homes. By the end of March 2027, every PandaGuarantee touchpoint will carry the new Panda Company brand.
Our CEO Tom DeRose recently announced our new company name. It's the same company entity, with the same ownership and the same team. This post covers how the PandaGuarantee product will move to the new look, and what it means for you.
What stays the same
Your coverage, your bond and your partner agreement stay in force on their current terms. Claims follow the same process and are still paid in 3 business days. Your contacts, phone numbers and email addresses don't change.
Underwriting doesn't change either. From January through October 2026, 42.4% of PandaGuarantee applicants were approved within 10 seconds, and every application reviewed by hand received a decision the same day.
pandaguarantee.com stays live as the home of the guarantee. pandacompany.com is the home of the company and all three products.
The rebrand timeline
We're updating PandaGuarantee website and branding in stages so nothing breaks for landlords, property managers or applicants. Changes will be completed by early 2027.
What you may want to update
Nothing is required. If you display PandaGuarantee materials at a leasing office, on your website or in your application flow, we'll send updated logos and flyers before the end of January 2027. Swap them in when it's convenient.
Frequently asked questions
Is PandaGuarantee going away? No. PandaGuarantee keeps its name, and the service remains the same. It is now one of three products from Panda Company, alongside PandaDeposit and PandaRenters Insurance.
Do I need to sign a new agreement? No. Existing partner agreements, bonds and policies continue on their current terms. The company entity remains the same.
Are documents with the old logo still valid? Yes. Bonds and certificates issued before the update remain fully valid. New documents will carry the new branding from January 2027.
Will pandaguarantee.com still work? Yes. pandaguarantee.com stays live as the home of the guarantor service.
When will the rebrand be finished? All PandaGuarantee branding will be updated by February 2027.
