A Lease Guarantee protects landlords against unpaid rent if a tenant defaults during the lease term.

Once the guarantee is issued, you will receive a Lease Rental Bond showing the tenant, property, coverage amount, and bond terms.

If the tenant fails to pay rent, you can file a claim with PandaGuarantee for covered unpaid rent, subject to the terms of the bond.
