How tenants pay for SDR

Tenants can pay for SDR with monthly payments, or upfront.

#Monthly Payments:

Based on an average expected tenancy of 19 months, the monthly payment option charges 1/19th of the upfront payment amount. This is charged automatically to the card the tenant provides us.

#Upfront Payments

This is a one-time payment that covers you for the life of the tenancy. The tenant does not have to pay this fee again. It is not refundable.
