Getting Started With Panda

Panda is an insurance agency that helps landlords reduce their risk, and renter secure housing. We're excited that you're interested in working with us!

#Our Products:

PandaGuarantee currently offers three products:

1. 1PandaGuarantee:

PandaGuarantee is our lease guarantee product. This protects you against unpaid rent.

1. 1PandaDeposit

PandaDeposit is our Security Deposit Replacement product. This protects you against anything that is normally covered by a security deposit, and reduces upfront costs for renters.

1. 1PandaRenters

PandaRenters is our Renters Insurance Product. This protects the tenant against damage to their personal property, and protects you against liability.

All of our products are free to landlords. The tenant pays for all three. Working with Panda allows you to reduce losses from unpaid rent, accelerate your leasing process but reducing upfront costs for tenants, and protect both you and your tenants from liability and damage to property.

Everything can be managed through your Landlord Dashboard, which will be your primary point of contact with Panda. We are available during business hours for phone calls, texting, and email as well—please don't hesitate to call if you have questions!

• Track application and coverage status
• View and download issued bonds
• Manage properties and team members
• Request changes to existing coverage
• Submit and track claims
